Amazing read! I love the different perspectives you give. In regards to working with the same brands how do you respond to the concern of them not wanting the same creator in their ad creatives month after month? It almost seems as if you’d be the face of the brand? Can’t wait for part 2 and all the feature value coming our way! :)

Hey Victoria! Thanks so much for the comment. I appreciate it! That's such a good question... I'll give a reply here, but this really opens up my eyes to what could be another Newsletter topic! There are so many different styles of concepts you could film, so utilizing voice to text (in place of your VO), as well as b-roll shot that doesn't have your face showing to camera every concept. Stay tuned for part 2!

Hey Mary-ann, thanks for the follow up questions. The way I offer deliverables to my clients encompasses these factors. I've seen creators charge $50/alt. hook or CTA, rush-fee should be dependent on the creator's bandwidth and the brands turnaround rate request (how quickly do they need it?). I've tacked on an extra $100-$200 based on the quick turnaround request in the past (per concept). I don't do "cancellation-fees" with my clients since our working relationship is unique and I'm paid regardless they use an asset or not. I'd definitely consider a rate that covers your time (50% up front, etc). Creators do 6-12 months for rights of use and then re-charge brands for usage - my rates encompass usage rights w/o expiration w/ my 3 contracts but that's because our agreements compensate me fairly (6-figures, part-time). I hope this helps!
